Yes! I am currently in network with IEHP.
Super Bills can also be provided in order for out of network insurance to reimburse you. Please contact your network to learn more about your out of network benefits and Super Bill reimbursement eligibility.

Yes! Research has shown time and time again that the most important factor in having a good experience in therapy is the level of trust and comfort you have with your therapist.
I tell clients that sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right therapist, and that’s ok!
We can talk about what worked or didn’t work in your previous therapy experiences in order to create an experience that feels right to you.

Yes! My office is located in the city of Riverside.

We will set up an initial appointment and I will send you a Client Portal login through SimplePractice. It’s simple and straightforward to fill out the paperwork needed to initiate treatment. Once that is complete, take a moment to acknowledge such a huge step in your healing! Soon after, we will meet for our first session.

We will talk through your history/background and goals for therapy. You are welcome to share anything you feel would be helpful for me to get to know you and what you are hoping to get out of therapy.

Each individual is unique in their healing and growth in therapy, and the length of time counseling can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place.
I often take the time to check in with you, track progress and reflect on your progress towards your goals and we can always reformulate what you’d like to work on. As always, you are able to end treatment at any time.
